SUPPORTED DESKTOP WEB BROWSERS/VERSIONS

Ensure you are logging into the system using any of the browsers and their versions listed:

• Google Chrome - most current version
• Firefox - most current version
• Microsoft Edge - most current version
• Safari 13+

In addition to having the most current version of your preferred browser, you will need to have the following browser settings in place:

• Pop-up blockers disabled in your browser and toolbars
• Network set to not cache or deprioritize streaming media
• Whitelisting application domains from content filtering (see below for full list)
• Whitelist emails from HSI: info@hsi.com

SUPPORTED MOBILE BROWSERS/VERSIONS

Ensure you are logging into the system using any of the mobile browsers and their latest versions:

• Android (Google Chrome - most current version)
• iOS (Safari - most current version)

INTERNET CONNECTION

Accessing this system requires a persistent internet connection. We recommend a broadband connection.

If a user loses internet connection in the middle of a course, they should log out and log back in to reestablish a connection.

SET DEFAULT POPUP SETTINGS

1. On your computer, open a browser.
2. At the top right, click the vertical ellipsis and select Settings.
3. Click Privacy and security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects.
4. Choose the option that you want to set as your default setting.
